Book in Advance - We are a busy salon, to avoid disappointment, please try to make your bookings in advance.

Cancellation Policy - Please try to give as much notice as possible when canceling an appointment, 24 hours is courteous.

Arrival - To get the full spa experience, please try to arrive with some time to spare.

Cell Phones - We want to create a relaxing environment for all our clients. For this reason, we ask, if possible, to try and switch cell phones off.

Corporate Bookings - We give 10% discount on larger corporate bookings.

Gift Certificates - Gift certificates may be purchased for any services. Phone orders and delivery are available. Gift certificates are non-refundable but transferable.

Client Comfort - We will do our best to make sure you are comfortable at all times. If we can make your experience more enjoyable, please let us know.

Coffee/Tea/Snacks - We serve complimentary flavoured coffees and herbal teas. Some packages include a light lunch and juice.
